Communist and Socialist World Congress Regional Message Board

Zestsrealia wrote:In The USSZ we practice parliamentary compound republic constitutional Socialism, wherein we have a constitution that bans non Socialist or Syndicalist parties from being formed, for the Grand Council of the Proletariat (Legislature) we have a bicameral system. The House of the People is the lower house, made up of apportioned seats based on nationwide elections, then the upper is The House of the House of the Bureaucrats, made up of elections held only within the constituent states, so that one party can't dominate. The premier is chosen from the party who has the majority in the House of the People (I'm the General Secretary of the United Socialist and Syndicalist Party of Zestrealia). We have a Bill of Rights as well, and the ability to call for Votes of No Confidence against the premier. Private enterprise is illegal, but we understand that there are many flavors of Socialism, and it is up to the workers to decide, not just the vanguard. We have a Factbook, and will be publishing our full constitution within the month. Bill of Rights is already there.

That's really well thought out to the point of almost a government in waiting haha xD

HyyBrasil wrote:That sounds pretty standard. Admirable though. I just meant theory wise. Like market socialism, Soviet communism, syndicalism, libertarian communism?

Ohhh um I definitely follow Soviet communism in the way my government is structured. The economy closely follows to the Soviet example however some of Lenin's New Economic Policy are still in place. Meaning small private enterprises and Cooperatives are allowed to operate and sell goods and services for a profit but these activities are monitored by the state. However the bulk of the economy is centrally planned by the State.

Does anyone have any theory, ideas or videos of how to integrate native nations into a country? Especially a socialist one and how to do it where their sovereignty is still preserved and respected without fracturing the country?

Bestway would be to setup a federation or union made up of states or autonomous regions. But how much power they have in matters of taxation, health, social reform and culture is another question you'd have to figure out.

I like it. Thanks for the feedback

Have a beautiful socialist day everyone. It's raining here all day — my favorite type of weather.
